and the outstanding quality of the artists we work
with will very seldom allow for defects. However, mistakes
are possible with handcrafted items. If you are unsatisfied
with your purchase, simply return it for an exchange
or full refund within 10 days of the original purchase.
Return Care
Please
carefully repackage the items in their original packaging
and include the corresponding e-mail confirmation.
Please help us improve the quality of our services
by including a note explaining the reason for your
return. Returned merchandise must be in good condition
and in it's original packaging for full credit.
For
your protection, please use a major carrier such
as UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service with insured
mail, as you are responsible for the safe return
of the items and related shipping costs.
Because
all items are handmade,
they
may vary slightly in size or tone from the image
available on the web site. This is a sign of quality
and originality which we hope you will appreciate,
as it makes your item a unique artistic piece.
Refunds
do not include original shipping/insurance charges
(if any). Returns are at the customers expense, unless
it is our error, or merchandise is received in a
damaged state.
